Saturday afternoon we drove to Pa's in NJ to watch Tiger dominate yet another tournament. Then we met Greg and Anne Marie and Steve and Marie at Luzzi's Hibernia Inn for one of their great meals. We had an enjoyable, leisurely time; it's always fun to catch up. Jack is walking with a cane, slowly, but nevertheless getting around just fine. He's driving and looking forward to getting out and about more since cabin fever has set in.
Before heading back to Connecticut this morning Pa took us out for breakfast at the Traveler's Diner in Dover. You can see from this picture that it was a fun time!
Back in Connecticut this afternoon we spent some time watching the dozens of birds that are always around our four bird feeders off the deck in the back and the one just outside the kitchen door in the front. It's always a treat to see a male cardinal; we don't see that many. Here's one that stopped by today.
