The bad news is that this afternoon we got a phone call from Amtrak that, while our romantic trip tomorrow up through the Adironacks to Montreal is still on, it would be by BUS!! Problems with something on the track. The good news is that Katy and I really like our road trips and it's only 300 miles, so we're on the road in the Jeep (through the snow) on Friday morning headed north. Though when I first heard the news I was bummed out....We're excited about our trip and we're glad that Spring is reportedly around the corner. One of the first signs of Spring at Wildacres, the Snow Drops, popped up last week. The last couple of days we've seen the first signs of the daffodil bloom....
So that we can go away with peace of mind I have blocked all concerns of the UHG plunging stock price out of my mind (http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=UNH). Katy has diligently been working to keep Spencer Forrest highly productive. And she does it with that million dollar smile!
