After 60 degree days last week Winter has returned to Wildacres! Huge, wet flakes began falling on Saturday morning and in no time we were in a Winter Wonderland again. To be sure our feathered friends are well fed, Mike stocked all the feeders with sunflower seeds.
Things have been peaceful in the country this past month. We are looking forward to our trip to Binghamton in a few weeks and Mike is planning a great golf get-away with his USNA pals for April.
Who knows, the lure of a sunny beach and golf course might spur us to take a long weekend trip to a warmer clime in between ... for now though, enjoying the increasingly longer days and beautiful winter birds is just fine for us!
